Checks requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and clarity. Corrects any ambiguities in purchase orders and adds needed information. Creates, prepares, and/or composes requisitions, correspondence, memoranda, and reports. Records order and requisition number and delivery data. Contacts agency purchasers and vendors to resolve problems related to incorrect or late deliveries, and/or problems with quality of goods or services purchased. Advises agency officials on purchasing procedures, changes in commodity specifications. Conducts market research which may include research and/or contacting vendors and suppliers, manufacturers and testing facilities to gain information on new products, sources of supply, changes in product specifications, price changes, and design and capabilities of commodities. May oversee annual physical inventory control. May serve as a lead worker through training, assigning, and reviewing the work of lower level positions as well as act as a resource to ensure accordance with agency standards and work procedures. May prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually reports or awards and bid amounts. May review and sign purchase orders. Essential Duties: * Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, and Safety related policies * Liaison between Niterra and customers * Process customer orders through EDI release and shipping schedules * Process orders in SAP * Timely order transfer to warehouse to prepare for shipping * Resolves customer disputes and discrepancies * Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) to customer after shipping * Monitor parts shortages through accessing online computer CMMS/DDL and Supply Power throughout the day * Oversees material routing process and customer expedites * Maintains customer ratings for Niterra * Communicate shortages/expedite shipment info to management * Create/assist in parts release * Special project coordination assigned by management * Requires being on call during off business hours, weekends and holidays per customer requirements * Serve as backup to other Material Flow Analysts * General housekeeping duties * Overtime and/or travel as required * Other duties as assigned Who we're looking for: * High school diploma or GED required * Combination of post-secondary education and/or previous associated work experience commensurate to four years required * MS Office experience required * Automotive and customer service experience preferred * Problem identification and resolution * Excellent organization * Multi-task * Excellent communication * Excellent computer * Highly tactful and diplomatic * Maintain confidentiality * Adapt to changing needs in fast paced environment * Cope with stressful situations * Effective time management * Prioritization What we offer: * Comprehensive Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Financial Security: Short-term and long-term disability coverage * Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a generous company match of up to 6% * Time Off: Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays * Work-Life Balance: Paid maternity and paternity leave * And much more!
