ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arranges for meetings and transportation services, when needed. May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Administrative duties to include typing, filing, faxing, etc. Acts as a company liaison in the field of customer relations, company suppliers and vendors. Responsible for general administrative duties such as data entry, copying, filing, creating benefit packets and other administrative tasks as determined by the department. Maintains various records and logs. Assists with projects in other departments as needed. Other duties may be designated in this position.
