It is everyone's job at Westwood to serve our members and their guests, but specifically, it is a busser's job to clear dishes, set tables, and refill drinks. Because our bussers help with so many tasks, they are sometimes called Server Assistants. We need a full time busser able to work lunch and/or dinner shifts on weekdays and weekends. The restaurant busser will reset serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables throughout all hours of operation in order to ensure proper service to all guests. Essential Functions: Prepare dining areas before guests are seated Set tables with required items such as napkins, linens and silverware Place tableware on tables Serve water and bread baskets where needed.
