SUMMARY
Bussers are responsible for assisting Servers in providing exceptional service to our Members/Guests, while maintaining dining room cleanliness, clearing, and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner. They are responsible for performing station opening/closing set up for each shift, restocking and maintaining clean, sanitary service areas.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bussers are responsible for assisting Servers in providing exceptional service to our Members/Guests, while maintaining dining room cleanliness, clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner
Serves water as members and guests are seated.
Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
Removes soiled dishes and linens from table; brings to dish-washing area.
Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items.
Cleans dining room areas.
They are responsible for performing station opening/closing set up for each shift, restocking and maintaining clean, sanitary service areas.
Stocks servers' station with supplies.
Dusts chairs before and after meals.
Keeps ice bins and buckets filled.

PURPOSE
The busser is responsible for efficiently clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, while assisting food servers in all aspects of guest table service, maximizing table turns and maintaining restaurant flow.
