Job Summary
Bussers, also known as restaurant bussers, clean, clear, and lay tables in restaurants and diners. They provide support to restaurant staff by managing restaurant supplies such as napkins, straws, crockery, and cutlery, and ensure that the restaurant and supplies are clean and organized.
Responsibilities
Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables, and floors when needed
Assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware.
Keeping the restrooms clean
Qualifications
Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements.
No one under the age of 18 may operate, clean, adjust or touch a slicer a mixer.

Essential Functions
Exhibit integrity in all actions by meeting company standards in appearance, grooming, security, and sanitation. Always shows up in a clear apron, pressed shirt, clean pants, non-slip shoes and name tag.

Maintaining stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
Performing any general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager to adhere to health standards
Performing other duties as requested, such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, greeting and seating guests and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
