Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, but other duties may be assigned.
Food Runner:
Run food as quickly and efficiently as possible to the outlets.
Responsible for assisting in bringing trays of dirty dishes and glassware from wait station. Assisting in stocking wait station.
Assist in dining room if needed, resetting tables and seating people if needed.
To communicate with the host and servers at all times.
To keep all work areas clean and stocked for the next shift.
Cleaning kitchen area at the end of your shift, wiping down all surface areas.
Put out and refill salad dressings at the beginning of lunch and dinner shift.
Clean toaster at the end of the shift (breakfast) Clean bread area (dinner)
To assist Room Service attendant with coffee calls, if needed.
Host/ess:
Responsible for hanging the Specials Board for outside display.

Answer the telephone and assist with dining room reservations.
At all times, you are responsible for helping server’s bus/set tables.
