This job requires the Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor include, but are not limited to:
* Adhering to uniform standards
* Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
* Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
* Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Train using tablets or computer
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
* Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
THE UNIFORM
* Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
* Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat.
* Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained.
* Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
* Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
* Headphones or ear buds are not to be worn.
* Clean, non-faded and unwrinkled TP kitchen shirt worn tucked in.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Busser / Janitor.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate in English. Must be able understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision. Must successfully attend and complete any other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs

The Busser resets dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests, removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, as well as quickly and efficiently re-sets and re-stocks the table for new guests. Our Bussers are polite and friendly to guests, and co-workers alike, and understand the importance of maintaining Goode Company's high sanitation standards. You keep your work station clean and sanitary at all times, because you know it is a direct reflection on you.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and previous experience is preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, hospitality skills and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests.
Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit.
Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house
Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
Present a professional and clean appearance at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
Previous experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
