Summary of Responsibilities: Work with servers and Host/Hostess to ensure guests receive excellent service through clean and proper table setup and beverage setup. As a busser, you will clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service.
