Dining Area Maintenance: * Regularly check and clean dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and a neat appearance. * Empty and clean garbage cans before, during and after each shift. * Wipe down tables and cleaning debris around dining area and sitting down guest. * Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and bar. * Collect all recyclable garbage disposables and place on assigned garbage. * Assist in maintaining an adequate supply of disposable plates, containers and utensils. Qualifications * Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, especially in a similar customer service role. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry food trays or plates, and navigate outdoor spaces comfortably. * Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and effectively relay information to team members. * Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order delivery and customer satisfaction. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to work collaboratively with the kitchen and serving staff to provide seamless service. * A friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
