Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server. Bussers play a key role in delivering the superior guest service that is central to the mission of Eddie Merlot's.
