Engages in process and quality improvement activities, including working with the Data Governance team to optimize data quality and transparency. * Drives and engages others with process and quality improvement activities. * Participates in Agile ceremonies determining the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified, working across teams to communicate development dependencies to accomplish a final solution. * Performs job-related duties in conformance with DS standards and initiates and leads team through new/improved standards. Coaches less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts. * Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a systemic business need. * Performs standard data analysis such as trend analysis and correlation to effectively interpret data, and reviews multiple data sets looking at correlating factors and relationships between data. Translation of business requests into broad, or long-term information that guides business decisions for future growth. * Independently able to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, support, oversight, and technical guidance to other team members. * Possesses knowledge of workflows in multiple business areas to support data development, analytics, and quality improvement activities.
