The primary goals of the Laboratory Application Analyst are ensuring excellent functionality, performance, reliability, security, fault-tolerance, and operational continuity of the hospital's Outreach Services program, laboratory applications, and all of the IT-dependent business functions for which they exist. The Laboratory Application Analyst will communicate effectively verbally and via written forms. Additionally, analyst will demonstrate and maintain industry specific knowledge and judgment associated with the specific area of expertise. SHIFT AND SCHEDULE Full Time 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; on-call rotation (On-Site position) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Proper operation and maintenance of all computer information systems associated with General Laboratory and Hospital Outreach services. Provide full support for all Outreach services, General Lab, Microbiology, Anatomic Pathology, Blood Bank, and other related laboratory solutions. The primary goals of the application support analyst are ensuring excellent functionality, performance, reliability, security, fault-tolerance, and operational continuity of the hospital's applications, and all of the IT-dependent business functions for which they exist.
