Stay current with changes in Medicaid eligibility rules and regulations, as well as IES system updates and enhancements. Proactively identify opportunities to improve IES processes and efficiency. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance: Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting a State Integrated Eligibility System (IES). Demonstrated expertise in Medicaid eligibility rules and regulations. Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex system issues. Strong facilitation skills with experience leading requirements-gathering sessions for IES enhancements. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling. Educational Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution.
