Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Clear tables and reset them quickly making sure all china, glass, and silver going out is clean.
* Greet guests immediately and offer coffee and orange juice (in the morning) and Edamame beans (in the afternoon/evening).
* Retrieve linen at the beginning of each shift and bring it on a dolly upstairs to the stations.
* Load the ice bin.
* Brew coffee and ensure the pots are full and marked (regular or decaf).
* Maintain cleanliness of jam and sugar caddies and restock them properly with a variety of each.
* Fold and maintain napkins inside stations.
* Make sure Edamame beans are heated in hot water.
* Carefully pre-slice Baguette loaves for bread service.
* Responsible for stocking all stations with linen, silverware, share plates, glasses, coffee cups, saucers, etc.
* Be aware of the importance of clearing and resetting tables correctly.
* Responsible for buffing all glass and silver for dining room.
* Willingness to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
* Must be able to lift full trays of glasses and china (up to 30 lbs) and unload into dishwashing area properly.
* Respond immediately to guest requests and inform server in area or manager.
* Responsible for cleanliness of the overall dining room. Vacuum dining room as needed. Keep areas next to ice bins dry.
* Assist staff with running food, helping with guest issues, and menu questions.
* Assist host stand, and seating when necessary.
* Attend monthly meetings.

Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
Set up tables according to established standards.
Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
Qualifications
Prior experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
