This role is responsible for engaging with Service Partners and overseeing ongoing daily customer program service delivery activities. These will include but are not limited to managing repair flow of customer devices, exceptions, and escalation. Day to day operational oversight of Service Delivery to include Return, Repair, Exchange, Advanced Exchange, On-Site Repair, Walk-In Repair, Depot Repair. Serve as the primary communication point with service partners for claims flow monitoring, data entry, and data management activities. Handling customer service escalations/exceptions and working with service partners to resolve service issues. Assisting with tracking and managing service requests, repair status. Manage/resolve service delivery exceptions and service partner escalations. Working with service partners to introduce new products into the service process, or to introduce new service capabilities. Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues. Work with operations technicians to support Device Triage and Diagnostics procedures including functional testing for each customer program. Monitor operation KPIs to ensure SLA performance compliance. Review SLA non compliant issues with Service Management to establish corrective actions and monitor resolution of corrective action plans. Participate in and provide input on service partner business reviews Onsite support at service partner audits, as required Additional responsibilities to support planning or ongoing service operations may be defined as required. Qualifications/Skill Requirements: Bachelor degree with Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering concentration or 2-5+ years logistics or supply chain experience Wireless, consumer electronics, or insurance/service contract industry experience preferred Practical experience troubleshooting, diagnosing or repairing consumer electronic devices preferred Strong analytical and problem solving skills required Experience maintaining relationships with providers Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential Strong verbal and written communication skills/ Effective interpersonal skills and strong team player Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications Experience with common WMS and ERP systems Travel as required to service partner locations

Travel Requirements * Travels to school district buildings, to vehicle service stations, field trip locations, and other destinations and professional meetings, as required. Minimum Required Qualifications * Education: Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency preferred. * Certification/License: * Clear and valid Texas Driver's License required; * Clear and valid Texas CDL Class B driver's license with (P) passenger and (S) school bus endorsement or ability to obtain license within 90 days after employment; * Insurable by the District's insurance carrier required. * Experience: Must have an acceptable driving record; see Insurability Requirements below. * Additional Requirements: * Must be able to pass annual physical. * Must be able to complete a 20-hour course while in training, and a recurring 8-hour course to maintain the CDL license.
