Pros of working at Burgess Health Center

Patients & most coworkers.

Cons of working at Burgess Health Center

Lowest pay in the region (RN $25hr). Management treats employees like enemies and problems. HR manager will call you names (a f-ing liar, a problem) and bend policies to whatever her agenda is. If you point out issues (patient safety, improper care) you will be pulled into meetings and told to shut up. Antique equipment and practices. Does not use evidence based practice. Zero consistency in the facility. Zero security.
