Pros of working at Buckle

I love helping people no matter how ridiculous the request. I love being able to merchandise the store and see all of the new merchandise.

Cons of working at Buckle

There is too much competition between teammates for sales and not enough hours.

Buckle Benefits

The discount is amazing and making friends with teammates is a plus too!

Pros of working at Buckle

I enjoyed being able to help each guest and make sure they were taken care of the way THEY wanted to be treated. Buckle has a stigma to be known as having pushy sales people people.

Cons of working at Buckle

I didn’t like how political the company is. It’s all about who you know. If you aren’t a favorite in your district, don’t expect feedback or tools from your management to help you. You won’t last long.

Buckle Benefits

My favorite perk was the 40% discount.
