POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide support to Space Systems Command (SSC) by providing acquisition SME advice and support to the SSC/PK FOG and understanding the SSC organization and external organizations that SSC works with daily.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare Reports, Papers and Briefings:
Independently prepare reports, papers, and briefings in accordance with DAFH 33-337, The Tongue and Quill, and SSC communications policies and templates; and prepare correspondence in accordance with AFMAN 33-326, Preparing Official Communications.
FOG Acquisition Support:
Assist the SSC/PK FOG in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and monitoring action items, suspenses, and responses; provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures; and prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Master's degree
Fifteen years in DoD executive program management, business management, acquisitions (non-contracting), or operations
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMT 3400 or higher (or predecessors)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not supervise the work of others.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.

COMPENSATION / SALARY RANGE:
BTAS adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. SALARY RANGE: $145,000 - $170,000 USD

This role is responsible for providing client services and support to various departments at Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk in pursuit of environmental, health & safety compliance and continued development of a business-wide safety culture.
• Conducts hazard and risk assessments, as needed of new operations or facility changes and produce written reports of those assessments within department protocols.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a safety, occupational health or industrial hygiene field preferred.

Job Functions:
• Provide primary system and database administrative support for our Physical Security Systems e.g. Access Control and Video Surveillance systems.
