As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to an illness or injury
Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT and SLP, focused on the patients plan of care and personal goals
Assess patient, observe deficits, establish therapy goals and document progress
Assist patient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination

Job Description
Estes is looking for a curious and dynamic Material Planner and Procurement Specialist that has at least 5 years of experience navigating through ambiguity and driving process driven procurement activities within the organization. This person will drive the team and stakeholders to leverage the ERP system for Material Resource needs for direct and indirect spend needs. He/she will be an expert at running the Material Production and Resource Schedules from the system and ensuring products are in the right quantity, price, place, and time. Responsibilities
Perform all purchasing functions for production and non-production items.
Manage Strategic Sourcing events on categories assigned with key deliverables from a financial and execution standpoint.
Ensure that New Vendor Packets are completed for new and incumbent supplier partners and protocols are followed with vigorous follow ups for remedies when violated.
Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with strategic supplier partners and maintain supplier health matrix. Corrective action implementation and tracking to improve health score of underperforming partners.
Participate in cross-functional root cause analysis projects.

C) GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT:
Designs and implements growth strategies, events, and promotions. Hosts VIP events, both on-site and off-site. Assists with “Welcome Back” mailings and follow-up on new action players.
Encourages guests to participate in slot club membership and gaming events. Evaluates and issues comps to customers. Surveys customers' likes, dislikes, and maintains information on their account.
Analyze the database to identify players that may want to reactivate their participation. Develops reactivation strategies through direct mail, telemarketing, and special offers
Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities, and a general awareness of casino operations at all times. Keeps their supervisor informed of any concerns. Ensures customers are 21+ years of age.
Performs all duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, internal policies and procedures and Colorado Limited Gaming Regulations.
Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
Wears and maintains all uniforms properly, including nametag and Gaming License.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations and gaming rules and regulations. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills, including experience persuading and negotiating. Demonstrated knowledge in developing positive contacts with guests and employees. Ability to use good judgment in decision-making situations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education or experience. One (1) or more years of recent and related experience marketing casino games, preferably slot machines or player's club operations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Colorado Limited Gaming Support License is required.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to interact well with others. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve sitting while completing paperwork or using a computer. Duties include standing, kneeling, squatting, bending, walking, crouching, and stooping in order to perform duties. Essential duties may involve working in large crowded areas. Essential duties may include ladder use and lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store, or move merchandise. Essential duties involve a flexible workweek and workday with standard breaks with additional hours are routinely required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$56,485+ annually based on experience.
