The pay is decent and the job itself isn’t bad. Met some pretty cool people.

Cons of working at Brockport Auxiliary Service

Some of the managers treat everyone differently. Some staff literally walk around or disappear and get away with doing nothing, and when they do work the do as little as possible while other staff have to pick up the slack.

How would you improve Brockport Auxiliary Service's culture?

I would replace the management that treat staff unfairly and that look down on the employees that they oversee bc they think they are above them
