Basic Function:
This position exists to actively engage in the interpreted production of beers, wines, soft drinks, etc. in Carillon Park's historical brewery.
General Responsibilities:
· Provide a consistent quantity and quality of product to fulfill a need for at least (3) three Carillon Ales plus a seasonal and a rotating Carillon soft drink
· Assist with brewing operations, including thorough cleaning, kegging, material handling, and production
· Assist with educational programming needs, including tours, and “Brewer for a Day”
· Provide a superior guest experience for all guests visiting the Carillon Brewery and Carillon Park
· Works with the Historic Trades Manager and foodways teams to maintain harmony between all staff campus-wide to create a symbiotic work environment

* The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the operation of any assigned machine or area. We are looking for a dependable Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator who will manufacture sterile medications. As a manufacturing operator, you will keep accurate records, keep up to date with training, and manufacture medications for Hims & Hers Pharmacy.
You Will:
* Operate in ISO 5-8 environments performing essential duties to manufacturing sterile products.
* Routine compounding operations including preparation and sterilization of labware, measuring, compounding, filing semi-automatically and working with automated filling machines.
* Assist and perform compounding, verifying steps, aseptic processing, visual inspecting units for foreign matter, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
* Complete compounding controlled documents and assignments with minimum errors and within an appropriate timeline.

We are looking for a Production Foreman to join our team in Orrville, OH.
The Production Foreman position is responsible for the planning, coordinating and supervising of work activities of five or more personnel including Temporary Agency workers engaged in production, equipment repair, warehouse work and the loading of trucks. The position implements and monitors management programs as they relate to safety, employee relations, production efficiencies, and inventory control.
What you'll do in this role:
* Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and recommending disciplining when necessary; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
* Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
* Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
* Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
* Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What you'll need to be successful:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
* At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
* Supervision and coaching experience.
* Experience managing processes and process improvement.
* Ability to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.
* Ability to read, write and speak English.

Additionally, the Operator will provide support in all areas of production, including supply chain management, part production, and final delivery. Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of composite manufacturing tasks such as kitting, molding, layup, cure, demolding, heat treatment, densification, sanding, bonding, and/or assembly with a variety of composite materials.
Clean, seal, and release metal molds for composite processing
Manipulate mold components using hoists and pallet stackers
Assist with cleaning and unloading furnaces
Operate plycutter and layup composite plykits
Prepare supplies and materials in support of composite processing
Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic)
Provide support and operate in multiple areas by monitoring and recording furnace operations, parts and molds assembly, use of ERP system, etc.
Work with various chemicals and compressed gases
Ensure that all safety guidelines are always followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Requirements
Applicants must be an US Citizens; willing and able to apply for and maintain a US DoD Security Clearance
