What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you will:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal company positions, from sourcing to offer.

* Effectively manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with company hiring needs, budget, and quality standards.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal hiring teams and agency recruiters, ensuring seamless communication, process efficiency, and successful candidate placements.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field, and 7+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience where you developed strong relationships with hiring managers and managed multiple roles across various departments.
* Experience hiring field sales professionals across the United States and Corporate professionals within the orthopedic industry strongly desired.
* Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools required; previous experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and LinkedIn Recruiter highly desired.
* Strong technical proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong web browsing and internet research capabilities.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability.

Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 base salary. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. 5+ years of experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), phone systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), order management automation are required.
5+ years managing escalations and resolving complex customer issues is required.
5+ years managing conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
Certifications in customer service management, leadership, or relevant technologies (e.g., CRM, ERP systems) are preferred.

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: As a Mechanical Egnineer you will work closely within a small dynamic team to complete a number of small to large projects. Key Responsibilities:
Take direction from team lead or project manager to perform min-projects in direct support of bracing development activities and verification testing
Applying engineering fundamentals to practical problem solving involving design, manufacturing, and validation of test methods and test set ups.
Create 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings files in accordance with company drafting standards
Support design verification testing, including writing test protocols, overseeing test progress, providing direct input in test activities and preparing test reports at completion
Technical writing in support of design inputs, design outputs, qualification activities, quality and regulatory requirements
Contact outside suppliers related to design activities
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical)
1+ years of related experience or recent master's degree in engineering
Demonstrated, strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated SolidWorks experience or other CAD software tools

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: As a Project manager you will work closely within a small dynamic team to complete several small to large projects. Assembles, installs, operates, maintains, calibrates, and repairs engineering test and modeling equipment like tensile and compression testers MTS (Multiteam Systems) or Instron, environmental chambers, ovens, infrared cameras, thermocouple loggers, cycle/fatigue testers, 3D printer, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine, waterjet cutter, etc.
Supports lab management by keeping databases up to date for equipment calibration, laboratory assets, preventative maintenance, and shipping/receiving.
Ensures that the proper supplies are available as needed and maintains the required equipment necessary to perform laboratory tasks.
Maintains the lab and machine shop areas applying 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and lean concepts daily.
Sets up and operates machine tools, such as lathe, milling machine. Understands machine safety and demonstrates safety awareness.

What You Bring

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited university is required. A master's degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in product development within the medical device industry or a related field ie required
Understanding of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control methods specific to the medical device industry is required.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices, including FDA regulations and ISO standards is required.
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools relevant to medical and sports medicine product device development is required.
Computer proficient to include Microsoft Project, web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, MS Office to include Advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce presentation-ready slides in PowerPoint. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
Experience with Oracle is preferred.
Proven track record of successful medical device development projects from concept to production is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering concepts to real-world situations within the medical device context is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to various audiences is required.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is required.

Compensation
Salary Range: $96,200.00 - $101,000.00. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Representative covering the Los Angeles County, CA territory. Ideal candidates will be located in West Hollywood, Hawthorne, Torrance, or Downey. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-moving, patient-focused setting amongst extraordinarily talented professionals dedicated to making life-changing innovation possible in orthopedics and beyond with brands such as DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare and Exos.
Key Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
Responsible for application, education, and appropriate use/care of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators, and all other Enovis products prescribed by HCPs.
Provides routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff.
Performs inventory management and participates in required audits.
Verifies patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility.
Serves as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
A passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients, along with a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment, or related experience, required.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
Required to fit patients in-home, and therefore candidates should be aware of and comfortable with this requirement.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
Desired Qualifications:
Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials, such as active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related.
