Its a very family oriented, close knit group of people. Salary management are down-to-earth and most likely know everyone by first name

My only issue is working nights, but one day that may change!

Brazeway Benefits

The pay is very competitive for the area. They have a gainsharing type of yearly bonus that is outstanding. Being In maintenance they pay for tech schooling to benefit both of us.
