The Trauma Program Manager/Trauma Process Improvement and Safety Nurse collaborates with the Trauma Medical Director in carrying out the educational, clinical, research, administrative, and outreach activities of the trauma program. Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Imaging Services and in conjunction with the Medical Director, performs various radiologic procedures. These duties include, but are not limited to: monitoring patients during procedures, performing Specialized Radiologic procedures according to departmental protocols, working in various areas and with various equipment. Also assists with QA and QI studies and patient flow coordination. With limited supervision uses independent judgment and necessary skills in obtaining the best diagnostic images. Maintains and monitors equipment operation and calibration. Assists as needed in maintaining relationships with physicians and staff. Assists the Radiologist with procedures sterile technique. Other duties as required. Must work various shifts, weekends and be able to be on call.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of a school of Radiologic Technology
2. Three (3) years experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred
3. Current Computed Tomography (CT) License, Special procedures

The Vice Provost encourages and explores new ideas and innovative changes, fosters positive transformation, and provides active, ongoing advocacy and support for UC ANR programs.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team, the Vice Provost facilitates execution of UC ANR's mission, vision and strategic plan to establish programmatic priorities. The Vice Provost ensures that the statewide programs and institutes and the program teams are advancing UC ANR Research and Program priorities through procurement and efficient deployment of resources, including identification and pursuit of resource opportunities.
The Vice Provost initiates and facilitates enhanced communication and collaboration among programs.
The Vice Provost is responsible for program and institute personnel performance reviews and evaluations of direct reports. The Vice Provost must demonstrate effective management of personnel, including oversight, annual evaluations, merits, and promotions and work with the Vice Provost of Academic Personnel to improve staff expertise and support professional development.
The Vice Provost serves as a member of the UC ANR Program Council which advises the UC ANR Vice President on UC ANR-wide planning and delivery of programs and develops recommendations for allocation of UC ANR resources.
Administrative Policy
The Vice Provost understands and uniformly applies UC policies; provides useful and timely feedback; takes timely disciplinary action as per UC and county policy, if necessary; and works with team members to meet deadlines for required records and reports.
Budget and Funding
The Vice Provost helps secure resources and other support; effectively manages and equitably allocates resources among programs to address established priorities; monitors the use of resources and complies with all relevant policies; maintains effective working relationships with internal and external partners to form strong support networks for UC ANR; and reports on programmatic impacts to funding partners and agencies.

The Vice Provost works with the Vice Provost for Academic Personnel and Development to guide UC ANR academics to address priority issues for UC ANR in collaboration with the Directors of County Cooperative Extension and the Research and Extension Center System.

Demonstrated ability to supervise academic and staff employees is required. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are required. A minimum of five years of experience managing multidisciplinary academic programs and the ability to analyze and interpret UC and UC ANR policies and procedures are desirable. Experience in the land grant system or a structure similar to UC is highly desirable. Skills to communicate effectively in a second language are desirable.
The position requires the ability to handle complex UC ANR responsibilities with autonomy. Experience in leading a large multifaceted organization is essential, including extensive experience in management of multiple programs, personnel and budgets. Incumbent must have demonstrated exceptional organizational, people, and decision-making skills as well as planning and prioritization experience. Strong understanding of Cooperative Extension and the Land Grant mission. Extensive state and national travel are required.
Additional Requirements
Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed, proof of liability, and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required. Must possess a valid California Driver's License to drive a university vehicle.
This is not a remote position. The candidate must be available to work onsite. In accordance with UC ANR Flexible Work Guidelines flexible work agreements are available upon approval by supervisors and periodic re-evaluation.

Position Summary:

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Director of Annual Giving and Director of Development Communications to develop and maintain a comprehensive divisional marketing and communications calendar to include planned communications, solicitations and events across the division. Manage department specific editorial and production calendars as assigned.
Independently arranges and coordinates events, meetings and activities for Annual Giving, Development Communications and others as needed
Under the mentorship of the Lead Program Assistant within the vertical, provide support for vertical budget managers for Annual Giving and Development Communications,; including projecting and tracking expenses, processing invoices, purchase orders, staff travel reimbursements, etc.
Provides technical and operational support for Annual Giving and Development Communications teams, including but not limited to appeal code and segmentation creation and tracking, updating mailing lists to established strategic specifications using advanced expertise of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce Affinaquest, and other systems, utilization of database resources to track constituent involvement with stories, media content and other university produced communication vehicles, preparing and uploading final solicitation and engagement communications lists to external vendors and/or internal systems, conducting and evaluating A/B test scenarios, and other operational tasks as assigned.
Assists in identifying and producing metrics/reports to evaluate traditional and digital communications, segmentation performance, and overall program productivity. This includes metrics for social media performance, google analytics trend analysis, and more.
Facilitate and process mail merges of various levels of size and personalization. This can include mass mailings, acknowledgements/receipts, pledge reminders and other critical print efforts.
Act as a subject matter expert and power user within the University's email marketing system, Emma, to assist in creating email drafts, developing email audience and exclusion lists and navigating campaign performance tabs within Emma.
Advance the availability and accuracy of contact records held within Development's database of record, proactively working to find creative solutions to invest in data acquisition, streamline operational efficiencies in data entry, and increase accuracy rate of data requests.
Receives, screens, and directs telephone calls, visitors, mail and email requests from donors and other internal and external constituencies. Researches and independently resolves donor relations issues as they arise. Responsible for following up and resolving inquiries.
Organize, update and provide training for campaign communication resource repository, utilizing exceptional organizational skills to maximize user navigation experience with all campaign materials.
Provide support for days of giving, signature events, the student philanthropy program and other special campaigns with a focus on special events, digital marketing, social media and emerging technologies.
In partnership with the leadership and staff of the Annual Giving program, support the administrative functions of the Student Phonathon program, including oversight of student ambassador hiring, onboarding and training modules for 30-50 student workers annually.
May hire and oversee additional student workers including creating schedules, assigning projects, communicating expectations and providing performance feedback.
Determines project deadlines together with the manager and employs effective follow-up systems to ensure that deadlines are met.
Provide project management and support for Day of the Dons, student philanthropy, and other key programs and campaigns.
Monitors and replenishes stocks of materials, office supplies, and stationery.
Handles sensitive and confidential information.
Helps maintain systems, processes, calendars, and other tools utilized by assigned teams.
Attend and proactively engage with divisional, vertical and department meetings associated with the role.

Requirements:
Five years increasingly responsible work experience in administrative work or equivalent; at least two years in a senior administrative support role desirable.
Excellent technical and project management skills. Detail-driven organizational skills required.
Demonstrated advanced technical and computer skills including demonstrated knowledge of Google-suite, word processing (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) software. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Experience with mail merges, advanced excel formulas and pivot tables/charts preferred. Advanced aptitude for navigating computer database systems and complex CRM tools preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Principal of Yu Ming Charter School (YMCS) at the MLK Jr Campus collaborates with Yu Ming's Principal team, Director of Academics, and Chief Academic Officer in the development, coordination, articulation, and evaluation of curriculum, instruction, professional development, and assessment.
