Cardinal Staffing Services,?is hiring a?Box Maker?for?the shipping department for a picture framing company in Maumee, OH. The Box Maker plays a critical role in ensuring the safe packaging and efficient shipping of products to customers nation-wide. This position is responsible for packaging orders and helping to ensure quality control. This includes tasks such as frame inspection, hardware assembly, boxing frames, packaging various types of orders, and occasionally assisting in the manufacturing process. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including banding machines, and basic power tools.? First shift position:? Monday through Friday, 6:30am-3:15pm Overtime available occasionally on Saturdays. ? Responsibilities of the Box Maker:? Inspect frames and overall quality before packaging. Building boxes to customer sizes to accommodate artwork. Use various tools and equipment Package artwork to prevent breakage in shipping. Be willing to cross train in other departments. ? Required Qualifications of the Box Maker: ? Proficiency using various power and hand tools. Proficiency using a banding machine. Quality experience a plus. ?
