Your Experience * 15+ years of professional experience. * 5+ years of experience with online subscription businesses or marketplaces. * Recently held an executive, cross-functional role in a matrixed organization (e.g., General Manager/Division President, CEO, COO). * Proven track record in delivering organizational change across multiple initiatives. * Proven track record and in driving revenue growth by leveraging various levers (e.g., packaging, pricing, direct sales, retention, partnerships). * Experience in scaling customer acquisition through digital marketing and channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, website conversion, etc.).
