Truly work to support local community. Train employees and set them up to be successful.
I looked at job description and company mission statement. And used my work experience to guide me through
Leading young employees. Some which it is there first job. Guiding them to be the best they can be and laying a foundation and expectation of our store manager
You get paid for the hours you work
Being exposed to mold and safety hazards in their Fontana Distribution Center.
Being told mold outbreaks dont happen often enough for a protocol to be put in place.
The interaction with all walks of life from customers and building relationships.
The pay could be significantly more, and we should be closed the days after holidays to spend time with our families rather than working long hours.
The discount we received for apparel and boots. Wish they offered benefits for part-time employees not just full-time when it comes to insurance or 401k
I love seeing all the new items and upselling them. And making recommendations to the customers.

Nothing at all !!! Seriously the WORST company to ever work for ! I can seriously just go on and on about them but there isn’t enough space to fit everything.

The Discount. If it wasn’t for that they would have no employees! Cause it’s seriously the worst company to work for. Don’t even waste your time on them.
I like all the different people I get to interact with and all of our regulars.
