Essential Functions:
Answer incoming customer calls regarding order requests, inquiries, product issues, billing questions, and general support.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role. Additional training or education is beneficial but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, SharePoint). Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and e-Commerce platforms is a plus.
Communication Skills: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and sentence structure.

The Contractor Shall:
Work in BSL-2, BSL-3, and BSL-4 laboratories handling infectious agents and controlled substances; must maintain enrollment in both BPRP (Biological Personnel Reliability Program) and CS-PRP (Controlled Substances Personnel Reliability Program).
Generate and sample biological aerosols (75-120 exposures/year), support animal studies with plethysmography, agent exposures, and decontamination procedures.
Participate in 20+ study protocols/year by managing logistics, preparing supplies, processing and inactivating samples, and recording data in scheduling and inventory systems.
Perform virological, bacteriological, and immunological assays (e.g., ELISA, RT-PCR, cytokine panels) and conduct hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, fecal, and coagulation testing in support of animal health and NHP colony management.
Enter, analyze, and graph data; contribute to manuscripts, posters, and presentations; attend one scientific conference per year as needed and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain lab space and equipment, replenish supplies, document maintenance, and help draft and revise 10-15 SOPs and 5-15 CAPAs per year in compliance with GLP standards.
Train and mentor technical staff, assist in developing AAT's technical training program, and demonstrate task proficiency for instructional roles.
Operate and maintain telemetry systems (e.g., DSI, Stellar, NOTOCORD) across up to 20 studies/year, including validation, inventory tracking, data backup, and collaboration with research teams.
Perform weekly/monthly BSL-2 and BSL-3 room checks, clean, restock, and ensure documentation meets USAMRIID SOPs. Promptly report safety or SOP non-compliance issues.
Assist with animal handling, sample collection, euthanasia, and tissue harvesting under IACUC-approved protocols and PI guidance. Backfill veterinary technician duties during high-volume study periods.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
At least 7 years of relevant aerosol experience.
Must have a working knowledge of aerosol generating platforms and ancillary equipment to include aerodynamic particle sizers, aerosol nebulizers, aerosol collection devices, and various plenums.
Experience with Data Sciences International (DSI) telemetry systems and software preferred.
