Jane Leopold-Leventhal, Esquire serves as Chief Legal Counsel to all of Bohler Engineering’s office locations. Bringing more than 31 years of legal experience to Bohler, Jane began her career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Phyllis W. Beck of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. After her Clerkship, Jane worked in the Litigation Department of Duane Morris’ Philadelphia Office. Thereafter, Jane joined the Law Firm of Eastburn & Gray in Doylestown, PA, as a Litigation Attorney and, after becoming a Partner/Shareholder with Eastburn & Gray, Jane served for several years on the Firm’s Management Committee. During her tenure with Eastburn & Gray, Jane managed and handled complex commercial transactions, construction litigation, real estate matters, employment matters (private, public and non-profit) and commercial and residential construction litigation and business matters. For two decades, Jane also represented various suppliers in the construction trade and clients within the retail, architectural, engineering and healthcare sectors. After several years serving as Legal Counsel to Bohler’s Pennsylvania Offices, in 2012, Jane accepted a position as Bohler’s General Counsel. Her responsibilities now include oversight of commercial litigation, contract negotiations, all lease negotiations, and employment matters. Jane was, thereafter, promoted to Chief Legal Counsel. Jane's Martindale Hubbell rating is: "AV"/"Preeminent". Jane was awarded the Women of Influence Award in 2018 by the Real Estate Forum Magazine.Jane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude), and her Juris Doctorate from the Temple University School of Law (magna cum laude), where she served as a Staff Writer and then, an Editor, for The Law Review.On a personal note, Jane has been happily married for more than 35 years to a wonderful man, Bob, whom she met when she was six years old. Jane and Bob have two children: Jennifer Esser an attorney in Pennsylvania and Jay Leventhal, a Vice President with a Private Equity Firm in Boston.
