Working with boats , nature
No room for advancement , the woman running service is very rude and bossy to all people and even customers . Def a Karen even though wasn’t my dept I could feel it so bad
Loved being around boats .
Nice working with the boats .
No raises , Or reviews dead end job . They rather hire new people instead of giving raises to employees that have been there for years . They will let you quit or just fire you and hire new people that puts more money in owners and managers pockets . Very unorganized with improper management structuring . Place really needs a manager to run the show for them and get it tightened up . Lack of organization is present everywhere . Docks are falling apart . They don’t want to put any money is this place it’s sad .
