Position Overview
The Director of Retail Stores Application Development is responsible for leading the execution of store application development and collaborating with brand partners on strategic direction. This position will have direct oversight of the stores application development teams focusing on support and delivery of best-in-class store technology solutions. This role will need strong leadership, team building, process improvement, customer interaction and communication skills.
Key activities of this role include:
Responsible for ensuring application stability of all stores systems inclusive of: (Note: List is not all encompassing): Point of Sale; Credit; Workforce Management; Reporting
Responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution and delivery of all store application development projects
Collaboration with brand partners to set strategic direction for Stores related technology and effectively support the delivery of key initiatives

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
8-10 years of experience in Retail Store Information Technology
Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and developing a high performing team
Knowledge of store systems technology, applications as well as specialty retail concepts and processes required

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Operations:
Ensure all KPI's are met including in-stock % vendor performance, on-time % for store deliveries, HACCP audits, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Responsible for up to a $4.2 million fleet and equipment budget, ensuring maintenance and operational efficiency.
Maintain the order flow of all products and manage customer delivery processes.

Initiate onsite drug screenings for safety incidents involving property damage or reasonable suspicion of behavioral issues after hours. Collaborate with HR and management to determine appropriate follow-up actions.
Food Safety and Quality Control:
Ensure team members strictly follow procedures for safe food handling, maintaining qualifications such as HACCP, FSMA, AIB, and adhering to best practices to meet audit compliance requirements.
Collaborate with senior management to implement corrective actions promptly when products do not meet specifications.
Ensure comprehensive training, instruction, and supervision of all employees, including new hires, in food safety principles and practices.
Assist in overseeing property management in partnership with the leasing company, including coordinating with contractors to uphold building quality, maintain parking lots and grounds, and work directly with security firms, fire marshals, and local utilities to ensure secure operations.
Continuous Improvement:
Enhance business processes across departments through thorough analysis and collaboration with the Regional General Manager.

What You'll Need (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Distribution, or Supply Chain management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams, with a proven track record in annual budget management, productivity, and labor management.
Previous experience in cultivating and managing customer relationships, including effective reporting to senior-level positions.
Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of residence with DOT Certification if applicable.

Job Description - Clean Utilities Engineer 3
The Clean Utilities Engineer 3 provides engineering support to field personnel in the performance of maintenance and operational tasks associated with Clean Utilities, including reverse osmosis/electrodeionization (RO/EDI) skids, water for injection (WFI), purified water (WPU), Clean gasses and applicable waste systems. This role works directly with other Utility Engineers ensuring applicable safety and regulatory standards are maintained, identifies process improvements, and assists with troubleshooting equipment issues to maintain overall plant reliability. Additional responsibilities includes supporting deviation investigations and documentation for associated system deficiencies.
What You'll Do
Coordinates with Senior Utility Engineers within assigned discipline to ensure project deliverables (e.g., specification review, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and visits, equipment installation, and issue resolution) are performed to the company standards
Develops Project Change Controls (PCCs) to document specific changes to the design of systems within assigned discipline
Prepares deviations and change control resolutions and closures
Performs reviews of submittals, installation, and testing of equipment within assigned discipline across all buildings on site
Performs field walkdowns with Utility Engineering and Construction personnel to ensure systems are installed per approved standards and drawings

Job Summary:
In an assigned district, the District Manager works with the National Field Team and National Account Management Teams to manage accounts, ensure continued business, and increase penetration of key accounts. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing provider and technician base. You will perform regular inspections and visits to customers in support of maintenance contracts, as well as creating opportunities for additional business. Work in coordination with Regional Manager to maintain and win new business in outlying areas at target revenue goals while maintaining high quality services. This position has budgetary responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with the Regional Manager and National Account Management Teams to establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district
Make regular visits to corporate customers in support of maintenance contracts and perform site inspection property audits, with an eye toward the opportunity to add on services
Work to build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in an assigned district
Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base, ensuring quality delivery of services
Must respond with a sense of urgency to escalations and customer requests
Manage time to accomplish set KPIs, including an assigned weekly goal of scheduled visits as well as meeting and exceeding the incremental revenue expectations
Provide key market information and contribute to DMG's long and short-term strategies
Own RFP initiatives while negotiating with providers to secure target financial goals
Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget
What You Need:
Bachelors degree preferred and/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Embrace technology - experience using smart applications like an iPad or iPhone is a plus. Preferred experience with CRM software
Valid Driver's License; must provide own vehicle
Possess and demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently
Strong ability to think strategically and creatively. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and has a positive, extroverted, engaging personality. Prefer to interact with customers and providers, and is unafraid of rejection
