-work from home
-no onboarding / training to assist with sales in new business -toxic leadership that doesn't coach, train, or even listen to your calls/feedback. In turn, put blame on yourself to cover themselves -pay is awful -removed BDR's from negogiating their salary by implementing a tiered structure that makes you fall where they place you -almost zero room to grow your career with internal vs external promotions being 4 / 45+ in a year and a half. Good luck getting a promotion in sales.

like the CEO but I don't believe he has any idea of what's going on since he is safeguarded from accurate information in regards to the business development team
listen to your employees, offer an adequate pay that people can afford to live off of, HIRE BETTER MANAGERS....people want to be coached and trained. You can't expect someone to stay with awful pay and even worse leadership around them. Oh, and stop lying about internal growth when you have almost completely removed it from the picture as an employee.

2023 it was at 23% of the national average. 2024's data is appearing to have that low number fall toward 18-19%. So, not good to say the least.
So so, I don't focus on DEI as an individual but I think they are inclusive and don't hire/fire based off of that. I have been made aware that reps who would have fallen within the DEI category have been offered severance and others who aren't, have not been.
It was the fact that at a certain point I would be promoted to grow myself and my career, but since that has left the picture. Honestly, nothing.
