Responsibilities Mentor payroll staff and ensure the timely and accurate processing and distribution of bi-weekly and weekly payroll for 20,000+ exempt and non-exempt employees.
Process and audit various payroll reports, prior to processing payroll.

Properly interpret company policies affecting payroll procedures.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Analyst, Dairy, you will be responsible for management of the dairy category. The senior analyst will play an integral role in setting growth and risk management strategies as well as finding, qualifying, and on-boarding new suppliers. They will also lead in managing the performance of existing suppliers, benchmarking and performing analysis to support negotiations, and reporting on market trends. THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Director, Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) you will set the strategy and lead the execution for all FSQA responsibilities including but not limited to supplier food safety program management, , cleaning validation, quality monitoring, and research and development. THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Lead Analyst for Supplier Management, you will work cross functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Suppliers to provide visibility to raw material sourcing, capacity planning, LTO management and any risks and opportunities. Provide guidance to the suppliers to mitigate shortages when supply is limited.
Develop reporting tools and dashboards so that information is easily and readily accessible.

Present and/or deliver project updates to Supply Chain senior leadership.
Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures (e.g. SOPs, work instructions) for planning activities as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the Supply Chain or related environment, and/or supply planning / inventory management field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.

As the Senior Analyst, Commissary, you are responsible for all activities related to ongoing supplier management and the procurement of services, materials, and supplies related to CMG Commissary Item Procurement.
