Duties and Responsibilities
As a Border Patrol Agent (BPA) you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation’s economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession. Typical activities include:
Detecting, preventing, and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the land borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.
Responding to electronic sensor alarms; interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence; using infrared scopes during night operations.
Responding to aircraft sighting and other anti-smuggling activities and performing farm and ranch checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.

Job Description
The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach assists the Head Women's Basketball Coach in directing all activities of the women's basketball program within NCAA, LSC, TAMUK, and TAMUS policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach is responsible for maintaining high academic standards to support the academic development and graduation of student-athletes while focused on student-athlete welfare; assisting in successfully directing the women's basketball program to compete for LSC and NCAAII championships; assisting in the recruitment of student-athletes and maintaining a culture of accountability in student-athlete conduct; assisting in the planning and direction of all practices, travel, and game activities; assisting, as delegated by the Women's Head Basketball Coach, in preparing and managing the administrative functions of the women's basketball program; and assisting in community engagement and donor relations by promoting the women's basketball program within the priorities of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with effective fundamental teaching, training, and skill development of women's basketball student-athletes
Assist with successfully recruiting, retaining, developing and graduating high performing women's basketball student-athletes
Manage student-athlete academics and study hall
Assist with preparation organization, design, and implementation of effective practice plans, off-season programs, scouting reports, and recruiting systems
Effective and timely preparation and management of administrative functions related to the women's basketball program
Assist in ordering equipment and maintaining inventory
Act as social media liaison with Department of Sports Information
Effective community engagement, donor, and public relations
Consistent compliance with NCAAII, LSC, TAMUK, and TAMUS policies, rules, and regulations

Education

The associate dean is administratively responsible for assisting the dean in creating, developing, managing, and advancing the academic, research, and outreach programs of the College.
TAMU-Kingsville is a member of the Texas A&M University System, reflecting the demographic population of the South Texas region. Kingsville is home of the legendary King Ranch and located 40 miles southwest of the beaches at Corpus Christi, TX.
The College is home to three academic departments (Dept of Agriculture, Agribusiness & Environmental Sciences; Dept of Animal Science & Veterinary Technology; and Dept of Rangeland & Wildlife Sciences), where the College offers a full complement of degree programs, which are at the baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral levels. The College AGNR is further supported by five research and educational stakeholder-focused units: the TAMUK Citrus Center, Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute, King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management, the National Natural Toxins Research Center, and the Veterinary Technology program.

Floor Hand

The Floor Hand position is part of a 4-5-person workover rig crew on a well service rig, who are responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells requested by the customers of Axis Energy Services. The primary responsibilities of a Floor Hand include but are not limited to assisting in rigging up and rigging down, pulling, and laying down rods, tubing and casing, and other functions specified by the Rig Supervisor or other designated individual. All duties are performed in a specified fashion to maximize the safety of the entire crew while meeting customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
The Floor Hand reports to their assigned Work-over Rig Supervisor.
Assists the operator in rigging up and down, lining up the well service rig with the well.
Sets hydraulic jacks, handles pads/boards, and assists in attaching the guy wires to the anchor.
Operates rod wrenches, tongs, elevators and other associated rig tools and equipment during well servicing operations.
Assists in picking up or laying down tubing, manually lifting the tubing from the rack onto the
work floor or vice versa.
Maintains tubing, rod tongs and hand tools on the rig.
Dismantles and repairs oil field machinery using hand tools and power tools.
Cleans up spills.
Keeps pipe deck and main deck areas orderly.
Reports any safety hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to the Rig Supervisor.
Ensures that work carried out follows company policies and procedures and according to safety regulations.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
Position requires long periods of standing and sitting and the ability to work long hours if necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent is preferred.
Basic oilfield well servicing experience.
A minimum of one (1) year rig floor operation experience.
Valid state issued driver license with acceptable motor vehicle records (MVR).
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written in English.
Must be able to work a varied rotational schedule and travel as job requires.
Work may be performed in all weather conditions.
Mobility, including entering confined spaces, enter areas by the use of ladders or other access devices; ability to bend, stoop, twist, stand, squat, crawl and walk.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Long periods of standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching or similar activities may be necessary.
Able to perform duties with protective equipment, H2S respirator where required; potential hazards include working near or with heavy tools and moving machinery.
Ability to interact with others in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
Basic problem solving and organizational skills.
Reliable telephone (cell phone) communication and transportation
