Vector Marketing has immediate openings. We are interviewing for part time sales positions, with an opportunity to work more. Basic responsibilities include working with customers, selling our Cutco products, and placing any orders. There is a base pay that is not based on sales, but reps can earn based on commission. Previous experience is not required.
We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income around their current schedule.
Position Details:
Weekly pay -Competitive base pay ($27.50 base-appt), commissions available based on performance. Reps can earn more based on performance but can still make in income even if they have an off week.
Solid training We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on.
Product We work with Cutco products which are products used in the kitchen and some outdoor tools as well. Prior work experience or sales experience is not required.
Flexible scheduling We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some are looking for summer work, and others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes, other jobs, or family obligations.
Choice of location Reps work at home and locally after training. Most meetings and training are held in the office.

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Manage software and hardware procurement, deployment, and upgrades such as Oracle EBS EnterpriseOne, and data migration projects.
Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection:
Implement security protocols and risk mitigation strategies to protect company data and IT assets.
Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FDA, ISO 13485).
Manage IT security audits and vendor risk assessments
IT Support & Service Management:
Lead the IT support team to provide enterprise application and infrastructure support
Establish IT service management processes, including incident and problem management.
Maintain documentation and provide training to users on IT policies and best practices.
Project Management & Vendor Relations:
Lead IT projects, including software implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions for IT needs.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead IT teams across multiple domains, including ERP, infrastructure, and security
Mentor staff and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and set professional development goals for the team.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
15+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, and enterprise application
Proven expertise in Oracle EBS EnterpriseOne, ERP modules, data migration, and IT strategy
Experience leading large-scale IT transformations, rollouts, and integrations
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and enterprise software management.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to drive business transformation through technology
