RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide deal origination and execution support to Debt Capital Markets and Credit Risk Management
Review legal documentation for operational feasibility
Initiate systems set-up on all aspects of new deals, including lenders and borrower contact and account/funding details
Manage the process of contacting investors and obtaining administrative information associated with new deals
Initiate initial funding on new deals and restructurings; manage the funding process with Corporate Treasury, syndicate lenders, etc.
Process system changes for documented loan amendments and modifications
