THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Analyst, Global Security Operations Center, you will be responsible for providing a safe and distraction free environment for all Chipotle guests and employees. The Chipotle Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) is a 24/7 crisis monitoring and reporting center that provides real time risk response and analysis for office and restaurants. The GSOC provides warnings and guidance on instances such as: threats related to criminal activities, geo-political crises, weather-related emergencies, and natural disasters affecting our people across the company in support of the Asset Protection vision. The GSOC Analyst operates as a member of the GSOC team supporting global security and crisis related calls from employees and internal partners, coordinating appropriate actions based on policy and procedures. This individual monitor's external media and proprietary data systems for indications and warnings of enterprise, global security, and crisis related events, reporting all crisis related events to our field, restaurant, and RSC partners.
**The work shift is 4PM to 12AM with Wednesdays and Thursdays off**
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when answering calls from our external, field, restaurant, and RSC partners
Respond to initial emergency issues and coordinates appropriate actions per policy related to all enterprise office locations and restaurants globally
Deliver instructions regarding employee safety to leaders and employees while defusing highly impactful and emotional situations
Accurately and concisely report incidents dealing with theft, safety, and other global security issues
Monitor internet, social media, news, and vendor media sources for global security issues, following protocol in case of an emergency, escalating to appropriate internal partners and leadership based on the findings.
Monitor the security and safety for all employees, including those who travel or work at our office locations. May follow-up with the employee, leadership and internal partners as needed.
Monitor access control, burglar alarms, fire safety systems, and CCTV systems and coordinate issue resolution with the enterprise global security and resilience team or external resources
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in emergency management or criminal justice preferred.
2-4 years of experience supporting crisis management, security operations, or call center equivalent strongly preferred.
CPR and first aid training preferred.

The Project Manager is responsible for discovery, testing, evaluating, implementing, integrating and managing menu and non-menu initiatives into the Wendy's system.

Responsibilities
Manages and supports multiple projects through all phases, starting with discovery/innovation concept, and all the way through implementation/evaluation. Maintains product ownership as assigned post implementation. Leads and/or supports cross-functional RSC team members to ensure successful testing, implementation and integration of new operating systems, processes, and tools into the system.
Leads assessments, market visits, hands-on training sessions, and operational roundtable discussions to ensure operational procedures are effective, efficient, and clearly defined for testing and/or national implementation.
Develops and maintains quality deliverables, including detailed project plans, status reports, and steering committee updates. Supports implementation planning and communication strategies with both corporate and field stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing training materials, operating guides and hot sheets in partnership with cross-functional partners. This should also include a plan and strategy to drive system adoption.
Completes all calendar management activities and executes all required weekly/monthly communication, while supervising and facilitating the development and execution of system conference calls and webinar meetings. Provides timely and appropriate updates to departmental leadership regarding project tasks, issues, milestones, and overall timing.
Provides ongoing support to the franchise community, company field leadership and field operations on inquiries and opportunities for existing or new project processes and procedures.

Bachelors Degree (Business, restaurant/hospitality management, or a related field) is preferred.

**PAY TRANSPARENCY**
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $59,000.00-$80,000.00. Demonstrates knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and ingredients. Quickly learns new recipes, cooking techniques, and menu rollouts. Follows recipes to ensure consistency in food. Accurately answers guests' and family members' questions regarding the menu. Contributes to food cost management through attentive dating, labeling, and rotation of inventory. Follows prep sheet to ensure proper amounts and limits waste. Maintain complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, and hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes. Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation methods, cook time, major ingredients, quality standards, taste, the appearance of products, texture, serving temperature, garnish, and plate presentation. Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when providing service to multiple guests within any given period of time. Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and Company standards of operation. Meet with Chefs to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes, and other information pertinent to the job performance.
