Licensure: Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of New Jersey. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a primary care setting. Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health records. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred. This will allow for assignments of special pay rates and team member benefits for Sonographers/Technologists in exchange for a regular commitment to covering weekend shifts. Team members shall work a minimum of two (2) weekend shifts per weekend (shift determined by department schedule needs) Cardiovascular Ultra Tech WI (Job Codes: 2507) * Two (2) twelve (12) hour shifts (24 Hours) worked between the hours of 7:00a.m. Saturday to 7:00pm Sunday and receive payment for 36 hours. * Team member will be required to work four out of the four weekends per four-week schedule. * Benefits: AHS full time benefits package Guidelines: * Applicable Weekend and Shift Differentials * Team members in program are required to have a minimum of 1 (one) year dedicated In-patient experience as a Registered Sonographer. * TM working premium pay shall work a minimum of two (2) weekend shifts per weekend. * A "weekend shift" shall be defined as follows: 12-hour shift (Hospital) - which shall include a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. Team members shall work a minimum of two (2) weekend shifts per weekend (shift determined by department schedule needs) Cardiovascular Ultra Tech WI (Job Codes: 2507) Two (2) twelve (12) hour shifts (24 Hours) worked between the hours of 7:00a.m. Saturday to 7:00pm Sunday and receive payment for 36 hours. Team member will be required to work four out of the four weekends per four-week schedule. Benefits: AHS full time benefits package Guidelines: Applicable Weekend and Shift Differentials Team members in program are required to have a minimum of 1 (one) year dedicated In-patient experience as a Registered Sonographer. TM working premium pay shall work a minimum of two (2) weekend shifts per weekend. A “weekend shift” shall be defined as follows: 12-hour shift (Hospital) - which shall include a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. Sonographer/Technologist Weekend Premium Program shall accrue PTO time as defined with full time or part time status.
