A dementia diagnosis should not be viewed as the end of life. “To break the stigmas that impede progress and quality care,” Freitas says, “we must all advocate for those with memory loss, and support their families and friends.”

I'm concerned that the employees who are neither Hispanic nor white are not getting the support they need or the respect for their culture & well life experiences they have had and are having more it could certainly help them feel more connected. They are not being disrespected but I think there's a lot of opportunity
