Remote Work:
This position does offer a work at home option AFTER the completion of a 90 day in-person training. The in-person training takes place at our service center in Roy, Utah.
Remote options are currently only available for those who can complete the 90 day in-person training and then reside in one of the following states: Utah, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, or Arizona.
This position requires excellent public relation and communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a full understanding of America First products and services. Employees must maintain member satisfaction ratings through our net promoter scores, and display integrity based on criteria established by both department and credit union management. Employees are expected to meet and exceed sales goal expectations by evaluating each member interaction for sales and educational opportunities. This position requires adaptability as employees are required to keep up to date on compliance policies to ensure all transactions are completed within regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
1. Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of member service functions.
a. Receives member telephone questions and concerns in a professional manner. Researches and resolves concerns promptly and professionally.
b. Provides information to members on accounts, payments, interest rates, blue book estimates, loan options, savings investment programs, mortgage payments, stop payments, and credit bureau ratings, etc.
c. Provides courtesy rebates requested by Branches or members, within limits.
2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members.
a. Receives member calls, questions, and complaints. Resolves member requests and questions promptly and courteously.
b. Keeps members informed of Credit Union services and policies.
c. Maintains and projects the Credit Union's quality reputation.
3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with area personnel and Management.
a. Assists area personnel as needed.
b. Communicates with area personnel and Management regarding activities and significant problems.
c. Completes required stats and records accurately and promptly.
d. Attends and participates in meetings as required.
4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
a. Actively and professionally cross-sells Credit Union products and services.
b. Keeps work area clean and well-maintained.
c. Assists area personnel as necessary.

Qualifications
Training/Education/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Fluent in English/Spanish
Required Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge of member services and products.
Understanding of Credit Union Teller processes, bookkeeping procedures, and computer system applications.
Experience Required:
1-3 years experience in a full service financial institution (preferred).

The Manager/Accounting provides direction and leadership in all aspects of the Accounting department, while supporting leadership with financial results and goals to support the credit union. This individual ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting and is responsible for duties related to cash management, financial statement preparation, support in all aspects of audits and exams, reports that are directly prepared for the Board of Directors, and Call Report preparation/submission.
This position has a starting annual rate of $103,100, but your offer amount may be increased with relevant work experience and transferrable skills.
A Day in the life of a Manager/Accounting can look like:
Manage the daily operations of the Accounting team.
Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable, ensuring that all payments owed by the credit union are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
Accurately prepare and/or oversee financial statements and reports prepared for the Board of Directors.
Accurately prepare and/or oversee submission of required government reporting.
Oversee daily and monthly general ledger reconciliations for assigned accounts according to GL standards, including corporate bank accounts.
Oversee the management of mortgage sales activities in the secondary market.
Work closely with auditors and examiners. Gather all data needed for audits and exams. Resolve all findings and quarterly report to the Quality Assurance department.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field of study.
4-6 years of leadership experience.
4 years of accounting experience using advanced Excel formulas.

As a Mortgage Advisor - Expansion Markets, you play a key role in deepening relationships with new and existing members through mortgage lending. The Target Pay Range for this position is $25.67-$31.30 hourly. The full Pay Range is $21.11-$37.07 hourly. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:
As a Mortgage Advisor - Expansion Markets, you play a key role in deepening relationships with new and existing members through mortgage lending. You will be instrumental in acquiring new mortgages within assigned expansion markets while fostering strong connections with internal and external partners, including Retail NFCs, realtors, builders, and other professionals. Your expertise will guide members through complex mortgage products, ensuring they receive the right loan programs and stay informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will mentor and coach Hybrid Consultants and Managers, enhancing their mortgage knowledge and providing strategic tools for success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
* Mortgage Lending Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan production, including conventional, FHA, and VA products.
* Sales & Consultative Experience: Minimum of 2 years in mortgage loan sales or consultative sales within financial services or a financial institution.
* Regulatory Compliance: Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, requiring annual Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration.
* Mathematical Proficiency: Strong math skills with the ability to perform complex income analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or related work experience.
Typically requires at least 7 years of related credit risk analytics, collection strategy and/or related field.
Experience using quantitative software and database querying tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python).
Experience using presentation development software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint).
