Belflex Staffing Network CEO and Leadership

Jason McCaw is CEO of BelFlex Staffing Network. He first joined BelFlex as Director of Corporate Development in 2014 and was responsible for the planning and implementation of BelFlex’s growth and acquisition strategy, and the management of BelFlex facilities. Prior to joining BelFlex, Jason worked as Assistant Vice President with Fifth Third Bank. Jason is a graduate of Kenyon College, where he received a BA in Psychology.

Bob Baer is the Chief Operating Officer and an industry professional with over 20 years of experience in the staffing business. Bob is a proven leader who joined BelFlex in 2008 as Director of Business Development, to Vice President of Business Development and in 2013 was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales. As a creative problem solver, Bob has an excellent record of high quality and timely performance, the ability to meet customer and corporate goals as well as working together with his team members.

In 2018, Bob was named by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the 100 most influential people in the North American staffing industry. Recipients are recognized for their contributions to making a positive impact on the lives and livelihoods of workers and job seekers across the economy. He attended Ohio University and received his degree in Business Administration.
