What you will do:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
ABA Every Day is seeking energetic, caring, and creative professionals to provide ethical and compassionate ABA services to young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities wherever they may need help in home, in school, or in our Oakland clinic while under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide direct client ABA services for early-intervention children in 1:1 and group settings
Follow treatment plan protocols and record data as written and designed by a BCBA
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
Perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection
Assist with caregiver skills training
Follow organizational policies and procedures and abide by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code
WHAT WE REQUIRE
18 years or older
High School Diploma
Proof of employment eligibility
Valid drivers license, proof of valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
Active RBT credential (preferred, not required)
Experience working with children with exceptionalities (preferred, not required)

All BTs and RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from their Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), to prepare for a career providing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism in home-based and center-based settings. Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors.
Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.
Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.
Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality.
Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes in a timely manner.
Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBA/BCaBA, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.
Qualifications
