What you will be doing:
The Clinical RBT Trainer is responsible for new trainee growth and development at one to two local centers (arriving to their local center after 2 weeks of Centralized Training)
Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs
Support 3-4 case supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision making skills
Provide 20 weekly hours of billable supervision, focused on providing supervision to trainees during their first 4 weeks at Soar, and case supervisors preparing for the BCBA exam
Host bi-weekly group training and discussion sessions for new trainees at their home center
Build trainees skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies, including joint activity routines, responding to challenging behavior, data collection/documentation, and evidence based teaching strategies
Organize and host quarterly, center level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs (attendance optional)
Collaborate with the Partner Clinician and Center Operations Director regarding RBT performance and needed performance improvement initiatives
Act as a clinical leader in the center on days when the Partner Clinician is not present
Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role as a Clinical RBT Trainer

What You Have
Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field

Behavior Technician will complete a training program set by the clinical team to prepare the employee to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

*Job Description:*
* Develops and oversees skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, based on assessments.
* Ensures proper implementation of behavior programs, providing training and feedback.
* Provides copious support and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) - 15-20% supervision, to ensure treatment fidelity.
* Completes assessments as required by state specific payors.
* Performs quarterly staff performance assessments.
* Tracks and analyzes data, adjusting programs as needed for maximum effectiveness.
* Works with families and teams to ensure consistent interventions.
* Maintains accurate records of assessments, plans and progress.
*Qualifications:*
* An active BCBA certification and must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
* Active AZ LBA, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
* Experience with implementing and developing behavior-analytic programs.
* Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care.
* Experience with assessments and report documentation.
* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
* Ability to conduct evaluations and behavioral therapy.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Experience working with individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges, e.g., autism.
* Knowledge of special education practices and data collection techniques.

Pay: $92,000.00 - $98,500.00 per year
