Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VBMAPP, Essential for Living) and functional behavior assessments.
Develops individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
Trains Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical programming.
Provide high-quality supervision for Licensed Behavior Specialists pursuing credentialing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Conducts weekly/biweekly supervision meetings with Licensed Behavior Specialists, Registered Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists, and Teachers.
Meets weekly with Clinical Director and notifies immediately of issues impacting client's progress and client/caretaker satisfaction.
Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the Clinical Director.
Maximum student caseload of 10.
Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours according to state and federal regulations.
Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
