What You'll Do Direct Client Support: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community, following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS. Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions. Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
