Now, your role: ABA Behavior Therapist
As an ABA Behavior Technician at Accel Therapies, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisor (PS), you will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals. Conducts ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will advise and train staff and families in the implementation of all programs, and basic principles. Troubleshoot special problems in program implementation and expand programs for generalization and maintenance. Carry out other behavior intervention services within various settings as assigned. Take a lead role during participation in staff trainings
Edit and provide feedback on quarterly progress reports completed by program supervisors
Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient
