Job Duties:
Develop and implement clinical programs while providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship for our therapists.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes. This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with Mindcolor.
Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.
Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
Maintain active BCBA certification
Meet with Center Director at a minimum of once per week with meeting materials prepared

What will you do?
Supervisory Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day administrative supervision of behavior technicians (BTs) in the areas of performance management, non-clinical administration, clinical accountability, leave of absence and workplace accommodations support, workers' compensation case support, separation of employment, and time and schedule management.
* Establish working relationship with all direct reports throughout the teammate lifecycle from orientation through employment separation.
* Complete daily administration of BT time off management, BT callout management in conjunction with scheduling department, approval of additional indirect time, approval and review of BT serious incident reports (SIRs), and BT availability changes.
* Complete and/or assist with audits for administrative or indirect time (weekly), meal and rest break penalties - California only (per pay period), unconverted sessions (weekly). Report findings to ABA site manager and work with BTs to rectify any discrepancies.
* Ensure BTs have completed all compliance requirements including required clinical training through collaboration with the site's lead behavior technician trainers (LBTs). Responsible for ensuring that all BTs meet compliance standards.
* Responsible for the performance management of behavior technicians by providing and documenting timely feedback, including synthesizing clinical feedback through collaboration with the site's LBT and Clinical Excellence Supervisor (CES). Work in collaboration with the ABA site manager/ABA associate site manager as appropriate.
* Effectively manage and navigate electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office products to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and communication.
Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
* Execute all responsibilities and skills associated with the Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification. Required to be obtained with 90 days of hire.

Assist with individualized assessment procedures through preference assessments and data collection
Work with families and supervisor to establish an environment supportive of treatment and education across all settings of care
Follow Cortica crisis and emergency procedures, including de-escalation strategies, first aid strategies, mandated reporting
Serves as a representative of the Cortica Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program, demonstrating professionalism with all families and colleagues in written and spoken communication as well as professional dress and demeanor
In this role you are occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
Team members must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

You have experience working with children, preferably children with autism.
You ideally possess a bachelor's degree in a human service (or related) field; candidates with relevant work experience in lieu of bachelor's degree will be considered; students enrolled in undergraduate studies will also be considered.
You are currently a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or are willing to obtain the BCAT credential via Cortica's training program within the first 45 days.
You are available to work some days, late afternoons, and evenings.
You possess a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
You preferably have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
