Qualifications: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or related field (preferred). Or previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred. Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification preferred, or willingness to obtain RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment.
