The Opportunity:

The Day-to-Day:
Portfolio Counselors responsibilities include:

Align our portfolio strategy with clients' goals

Your Qualifications:
3+ years experience working in financial services

Familiarity and experience in filing, curing, and negotiating cases with asbestos bankruptcy trusts.

About the Position
We have an opening for a Residential Therapist to provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This position provides clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide the 24-hour residential support services to the residents. The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
The Residential Therapist position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates and Treatment Plan. The Residential Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. This position will need to be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

Willamette Rose is a 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) serving female adults living with a serious mental illness who are stepping down out of higher levels of care, including the State Hospital. 24 hour residential care is provided by trained and caring staff headed by a Registered Nurse. Services meet the residential and behavioral health needs of the selected individuals including, but not limited to psychiatric treatment, individual and group therapy, medication management, skills training, peer support, and supported employment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Behavior Technicians report directly to the Clinical Director and are required to carry out the essential duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that consistently demonstrates Thrive's mission and core values in a positive manner. These Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with clients one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapeutic programs as prescribed for each client, using ABA strategies and techniques as written, discussed and/or demonstrated by BCBA.
Continuously monitor the client throughout the session and intervene as needed and directed to ensure the clients safety and wellbeing when in the clinical environment.
Administer behavioral interventions, and/or implement programs and/or protocols throughout the clients session as directed for clients who may have significant communication deficits (non-verbal or unable to express themselves), medical needs, and/or maladaptive behaviors which may pose a serious safety risk to the client and/or others including but not limited to physical aggression to others, self-injurious behavior, elopement, PICA.
Build and maintain rapport with their clients by pairing themselves with reinforcement.
Engage with the client throughout the duration of the clients session, continuously interacting with client through therapeutic interventions and/or protocols, modeling verbal behavior, expanding of reinforcers, and building and maintaining rapport. BT should continuously engage with clients regardless of scheduled activities, and set up learning opportunities though out daily activities, including but not limited to mealtimes, physical activity opportunities on play-sets, trampolines, etc.
Respect client dignity through appropriate language and actions (both in and out of the clients presence), taking responsibility for the direction and tone of the sessions (avoiding blaming the client) and treating the clients family with respect.
Demonstrate at all times ABA therapeutic competency and ability to implement written and verbal instructions and respond appropriately to feedback. This may be demonstrated through the following:
Application of ABA techniques, strategies, and client programs during supervision sessions with a BCBA.

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Therapist to join our team and provide on-site clinical services for our Clear Vue RTH and Pine Ridge RTF in Springfield, Oregon. This position provides clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide the 24-hour residential support services to the residents. The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
The Residential Therapist position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates and Treatment Plan. The Residential Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. This position will need to be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day).
What You'll Make
$6,000 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

Unlicensed: $6,000 - $6,750 per month
Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,250 per month
About the Program
Clear Vue (set. 2015) is a 5-bed, Residential Treatment Home that serves individuals who have a mental illness, and are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB).
Pine Ridge RTF is a 7-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) located in Eugene, Oregon. Pine Ridge RTF serves adults who are living with a Serious Mental Illness and have been deemed unable to Aid & Assist in their own defense.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
What You'll Need
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Eligibility requires:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
MUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed ONE (1) YEAR of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Behavior Technicians report directly to the Clinical Director and are required to carry out the essential duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that consistently demonstrates Thrive's mission and core values in a positive manner. These Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with clients one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapeutic programs as prescribed for each client, using ABA strategies and techniques as written, discussed and/or demonstrated by BCBA.
Continuously monitor the client throughout the session and intervene as needed and directed to ensure the clients safety and wellbeing when in the clinical environment.
Administer behavioral interventions, and/or implement programs and/or protocols throughout the clients session as directed for clients who may have significant communication deficits (non-verbal or unable to express themselves), medical needs, and/or maladaptive behaviors which may pose a serious safety risk to the client and/or others including but not limited to physical aggression to others, self-injurious behavior, elopement, PICA.
Build and maintain rapport with their clients by pairing themselves with reinforcement.
Engage with the client throughout the duration of the clients session, continuously interacting with client through therapeutic interventions and/or protocols, modeling verbal behavior, expanding of reinforcers, and building and maintaining rapport. BT should continuously engage with clients regardless of scheduled activities, and set up learning opportunities though out daily activities, including but not limited to mealtimes, physical activity opportunities on play-sets, trampolines, etc.
Respect client dignity through appropriate language and actions (both in and out of the clients presence), taking responsibility for the direction and tone of the sessions (avoiding blaming the client) and treating the clients family with respect.
Demonstrate at all times ABA therapeutic competency and ability to implement written and verbal instructions and respond appropriately to feedback. This may be demonstrated through the following:
Application of ABA techniques, strategies, and client programs during supervision sessions with a BCBA.
Pass any competency assessments as required by supervisor.
Appropriately accept and immediately implement feedback from supervisors on a continual basis.
Accurately and efficiently collect data throughout sessions using Central Reach clinical management software.
Maintain current understanding of all relevant client programs and protocols.
Demonstrate therapeutic skills as instructed via modeling, verbal and/or written communication consistently with clients.
Assist clients with physical needs and personal care, including lifting, positioning, feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Appropriately and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues, supervisors and client families as needed.
Implement all safety protocols and procedures as indicated by Thrive Behavior Centers staff.
Uphold ethical standards and all Thrive Behavior Centers' policies and procedures, including but not limited to the BACB ethics code, client confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
Independently track supervision requirements and other documentation and actions needed to maintain RBT certification.
Work in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment while remaining patient and calm with a positive attitude toward coworkers and clients.
Create complete and accurate session notes for each therapy session.
Create daily notes for parents regarding therapeutic activities and personal care information regarding the clients session.
Engage in tasks assigned by supervisor such as creating materials, engaging in tasks that help keep the center clean and organized, training other technicians, and/or assisting technicians or supervisors with client care.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be a high school graduate or have earned a GED. Bachelors degrees are preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Required to obtain RBT certification within the first 60 days of employment
Required to maintain RBT certification throughout employment. (Failure to maintain RBT certification could result in termination.)
Required to alert your supervisor in writing six weeks prior to certification expiration.
Required to uphold the ethical and supervision standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Required to have and maintain a current CPR/AED or BLS certification which must be accredited by the American Heart Association and include an in-person skill demonstration. Any other forms of CPR certification do not meet this requirement.
