This position will also provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians pursuing and maintaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in accordance with current Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements. This position is part of a team that: Provides direct services in-person and via telehealth Conducts assessments that are used to develop effective treatment plans and goals that align with DSM V criteria and remediation of ASD symptoms Implements interventions in natural environments such as home, community, and school Uses data collection to evaluate treatment programming and progress Provides parent training Collaborates with school district personnel and other clinical staff members serving the client Schedule client's weekly sessions based on availability This position will maintain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in order to comply with state laws regulating ABA services. Job responsibilities require the following: traveling within designated service area, flexible hours and schedule, sensitivity to various agency and interagency personnel to accomplish objectives, the ability to work with families and sensitivity to various cultural differences, meeting productivity requirements, and meeting deadlines.
